To support our strategic direction, we actively work towards nurturing a have a diverse workforce across all levels and within all areas of LEO Pharma. Our targets cover gender diversity, as well as diversity in teams across dimensions of nationality and age.

Key initiatives

 

  • LEO Allies, our global DE&I network aimed at engaging everyone in cross-organizational dialogue and initiatives to increase DE&I awareness.
  • Challenging unconscious biases and promoting inclusion in our recruitment process by integrating bias blockers in hiring procedures and people processes, using technology to remove language biases and embedding DE&I in our global onboarding program.
  • Providing inclusive leadership and unconscious bias training to address possible biases in the development and promotions process.
