Business ethics are the foundation of our conduct, ensuring trust, transparency and integrity in the way we work

Upholding sound business principles safeguards us from risks and is core to our purpose of advancing the standard of care in medical dermatology. We want to be valued not only for our treatments, but also for the way we work. We are committed to acting ethically and responsibly throughout our business.

Focus areas include:

  • Enabling a safe workplace: We are determined to protect our employees by avoiding potential accidents and promoting a safe working environment and culture. The importance of taking good care of colleagues by reporting and acting on hazards and near-misses to prevent injuries that may cause lost worktime is fundamental to our strong safety culture.
  • Our commitment to protecting human rights: LEO Pharma is committed to protecting human rights as defined by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. • Fostering transparency, anti-corruption, and grievance management: We are committed to working against corruption. We uphold high business standards and promote good business conduct globally in our interactions with customers, healthcare professionals, public officials and other business partners.
