Our transparent corporate governance structure promotes responsible business behavior and long-term value creation.
LEO Pharma operates under a two-tier governance structure comprising the Board of Directors and Executive Management (consisting of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer) with clearly defined responsibilities for each body. The two bodies are separate, and no individual serves on both.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors employs and supervises the Executive Management and oversees that the company is managed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Articles of Association.
Global Leadership Team
The Executive Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, the development and implementation of strategies and policies, the company’s operations, and organization, as well as timely reporting to our Board of Directors. The Executive Management facilitates the execution of these responsibilities through the Global Leadership Team.
