At LEO Pharma, our two-year Graduate Program offers early-career talent the opportunity to explore different parts of the business while contributing to meaningful projects. Through four rotations of six-month, you will work with colleagues across functions and countries, gain hands-on experience and develop both professionally and personally.
Three rotations are expected to take place in Denmark, with the opportunity for an international rotation. Moving between teams and business areas will help you understand how our organization works as a whole, build a strong professional network and discover how your strengths and interests can shape your future career.
You will be supported throughout the program through structured development, mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues. This is an opportunity to join LEO Pharma at an exciting point in our transformation and help make a fundamental difference for people living with skin diseases.

Duration: Two years
Rotations: Four rotations of approximately six months each
Business areas: Finance, Marketing, Product Supply and one individually tailored rotation
Location: Denmark, with the opportunity for a rotation abroad
Employment: Permanent contract
Career outcome: The program is designed to lead to a permanent position at LEO Pharma after successful completion
The journey you will embark
During the program, you will experience different business areas and discover how they work together across the value chain. Your rotation sequence will be tailored to the needs of the business and your development journey.
You will not go through it alone
From your first rotation to your next permanent role, you will have dedicated support throughout the program.
At the beginning of every rotation, you will agree on specific goals and objectives. At the end, you will receive a performance evaluation based on those objectives. You will also have ongoing career discussions to help identify the role that best matches your experience, interests, performance and the needs of the business.
Program Manager
Your Program Manager will follow your development across the two years and help ensure that you receive relevant challenges and development opportunities.
Rotation Manager
Your Rotation Manager will support you as your day-to-day manager during each rotation.

Applicants often ask…
How does the process work?
1. Applications open
Submit your application and tell us about your background, experience and motivation for joining LEO Pharma. The application process starts in November.
2. Application review
Our recruitment team will review applications and assess candidates against the program requirements.
3. If your applications goes through
Candidates selected to move forward will be asked to record a short video response to a recruitment-related question.
4. Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in the interview process.
5. Candidate selection
The final candidates will be selected in February.
6. Program start
Begin your Graduate Program and start building your future at LEO Pharma in September.
What type of jobs can I get and what is the process after the graduate program?
Upon successful finalization of the programme, you will together with your graduate manager find the right next job for you. During the programme you will have ongoing discussions with your graduate manager about this. It is the expectation that you during your last rotation will find your next permanent role in LEO Pharma
What do you mean by global assignment?
You will work on a global project together with our colleagues around the world. The project will ensure that you are exposed to colleagues at our sales affiliates or production sites and will enhance your business understanding. Expect business travels in relation to this assignment – no temporary relocation.
Can I choose all rotations myself?
You will have a chance to influence your rotations based on your skills and development wishes. But we will also ensure that you get a broad exposure during the two years, to ensure you are well equipped for your future career. First and second rotation will be planned prior to your arrival and based on your skills, interest and business needs.
What is the performance management process like between rotations?
You will have specific goals and objectives for each rotation. Based on this you will also have a final performance evaluation of the given rotation
Who would be by manager?
You will have one “programme manager” who will ensure you get the right challenges during the programme and follow you during the 2 years and one “rotation manager” who will be your daily manager during the 6 months.
When will I get feedback on whether I progress to next round of the interview process?
