Shared ownership across levels of Management
At LEO Pharma, Sustainability is anchored with the Board of Directors who endorse the sustainability strategy, as well as sustainability related policies and ESG targets, as part of the overall corporate strategy.
The Board of Directors has empowered Executive Management with accountability to oversee sustainability performance and define strategic development and priorities. Shared executive ownership ensures cross-functional integration and a strategic approach to sustainability throughout the organization, with individual GLT members acting as sustainability stewards in a topic-specific governance set-up.
